A balanced budget means that our country and our state cannot succeed if we spend money that we do not have. Both Washington and Sacramento have spent far more money than they have. Where did they get the money? They borrowed it from Communist China. We have been sending jobs from America to China, where they make our computers and other products. We buy them with our United States dollars, so China ends up with our money. Now China is lending our own money back to us, charging us high interest. So our politicians in Sacramento and Washinton have sent our jobs and our money overseas, simply because they did not balance the budget.
